Louis was born in Cuba and came to Newton, Massachusetts with his parents as a boy.  As a result he is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.   Received his education at the Newton Public schools, University of Miami and University of New Hampshire.   Began his real estate career with Century 21 in Somerville in 1979 where he not only sold everything from condominiums to 10 unit apartment buildings but learned real estate investment first hand.  Louis has always worked for Century 21 as a full-time professional.   He has been a tenant, landlord, buyer, remodeler and seller of real estate.  Louis has experienced several rising and falling real estate markets.  He has used personal experience and vast connections to guide clients in buying their first home or  renovating  multi-family homes and marketing the apartments for them as condominiums.    Louis is such a firm believer in helping people realize the American Dream of homeownership that he has even sold homes to some of his former tenants.   Louis lives in Marlborough with his wife Cam and daughter Jennifer.   Louis enjoys relaxing on a lake in Maine, reading, photography, and is now trying to learn the guitar.
